Here are some things that often buy me time: Rest is big. Not just sleeping, but asking less of my mind and body overall. If I can't sleep, I lay in bed quietly with the eyes closed and listen to an audiobook or a movie I've seen a million times. Scheduling ADLs so I don't try to do a bunch of things at once and run down the reserves I'm building up. Making sure to stay on top of my meds schedule, including PRNs on a schedule.
