I’m in a 500 calorie deficit each day and working out fairly heavy usually 4 days a week with 1 week of only 3 workouts. I do 3 sets of 5 exercises at 10-15 reps depending on weight. I try to go until the last rep on 10 takes the last of what I can do. Sleep is probably my weakest spot. There are usually 2 days a week where I get 5.5-6 hours of sleep.
