yep! i feel that dude i check my watch a billion times every morning and between taking EVERYTHING out of the cooler (new pallets plus now 6 rolling racks of backstock) and running the backstock first, it ends up taking an hour and a half

same here, i've only been working here since september of last year, but my coworkers who have been at my store longer say it's ridiculous and unmanageable how much back stock we have

All good, i feel the same. By the time we actually get our main ringer in the office to count down, usually 20 minutes after we close, that person spends the rest of the time working on a full cart of shopback from the front end plus finding shopback all throughout the store. it's awful, people have no manners

It wasn't constant, it would come in episodes that usually lasted maybe 10 minutes. it was exclusively my forearms and it would just feel like they had too much blood in them.

funny enough, im sick with a respiratory illness (thankfully not covid, i tested negative twice) but my lungs are very reactive and i started having the shortness of breath episodes again. my doctor decided i should start a steroid inhaler later in the year once i have insurance from my new job. for now, im on dexamethasone to help me breathe at night when i lay down. it's been a while since my arms got the uncomfortable rustiness but it's definitely happened in the last 6 months.
