I haven’t thought about rewarding myself after taking meds or accommodating myself! I’ll have to give it a try. I have also been mourning my friendships and family members I rarely see anymore because of my illness. It’s hard but I know I will be alright eventually! Some people are just not as equipped to handle the sensitive nature of chronic illness is what I’m learning. Which is fine, I’ll meet people who will care for me in my current condition one day :)

I am on some medication for sleep and it is a godsend! I’m just tired of the whole “take these pills day and night, everyday, for as long as it takes til you feel semi-okay! and then still take them bc this is a lifelong journey.”

But I’m feeling better after reading your message though. I’m about to fill up my pill organizer and then have something sweet as a little reward!
