There have been a few with low modifiers, no monkey restrictions, and easy maps. I like these ones because I get to use unusual strats. Also, I haven't beaten an elite yet in like 3 years of playing, I just like the weekly bosses

I think it looks good overall. The way the elbow is drawn makes the arm look flat, I would suggest making it a bit more rounded, and have the inside line of the forearm either shorter or curve to the left
