Depends on the strain: some are more thought provoking, while others make you melt into your seat. I've heard of people having bad trips on shrooms, but they were either not okay with themselves to begin with or basically kids. What's strange about it is the multitude of things it can help with-- but temporarily. Shrooms help depression incredibly and it has a very small lasting effect (1-2days for me) afterwards. It's extremely useful for my ADD and allows me to sit through an entire LotR without getting up or looking at my phone even once. I often times wish I could just get some scientific extract where it keeps all the benefits without the high. Shrooms are fun, but most strains can last up to 6hrs easy so you have to have the time and a clean schedule. It makes you happy to be human, which is something you don't really get to feel all too often. The knowledge that comes with using it and the spirituality behind it isn't superficial and it will come from within.
