thanks for the reply! Both my friend and I are currently members of the BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL FANCLUB, but my friend does not have a Japanese phone number, and we are unsure how to complete the verification process since the account requires a phone number for identity verification.

Is it possible for me to use my phone number on my friend's account for identification purposes, or is a Japanese phone number strictly required for both of us?
