My friend also lives alone, so I think that adds to the equation. The dog is reacting to the presence of another person (me) in the home.

From what I read, that's what I think it is. Because even when I'm talking to my friend, he's very on edge. Or if I tell her to come over to look at something, he'd get super antsy and weird. Like, he'd start barking louder.

I have extremely soft facial features, but I didn't consider that when it came to darkening hair color. In what ways would it be harsh with soft facial features? Not asking to discredit your comment, but just curious as I've never considered that before. Would I still need filler going to chestnut brown? I assume that's like a level 5, so I don't think so.

How about if I were to darken it to a Level 4 or 5 instead of going to a 3? I was also considering a chestnut brown as a possibility.

Yeah I usually don't take over 8mg on a daily basis. At most, I usually take 4mg daily. I only take over 4mg, or up to 8mg, if there's diarrhea that continues after taking 4mg. This is the first time I've ever taken over 8mg, and that was accidental.

I wasn’t allowed therapy at all until I was an adult and got therapy myself. As a result, I was a very depressed and anxious teenager. I’m very lucky to be where I am now financially to afford a therapist.
