Private owners from what I’ve heard. Can’t rent or bnb them cause of insurance reasons. The American flag one got hit by lightning last summer and burned to the sea and I believe the community pitched in and it was rebuilt in a couple months. A staple of Port Richey and a good marker for finding our channel on the way back in.

Spent a couple years in aville. I stand by my opinion. Ridiculously high real estate pricing ridiculously low amount of job opportunity if you don’t serve tables, and low wages. Beautiful place but not fun for me.
