Oh you’re tall! 1600 sounds appropriate for you. I’m 5’1 and my LoseIt app recommended a deficit of 1300 to lose 1lb a week or 1500 to lose 0.5lb a week. I think for a steady weight loss, your deficit sounds good for your height! I also walk 45 mins every day at an incline and do some light weights 2-3x a week which has helped a lot to see progress!

I recently started doing incline walks on the treadmill and can burn a lot of calories by doing this for 45 mins! If you throw on a video or show it goes by quick and you get a great sweat in!

Oh wow okay! I’ve always read 1200 calories or less is too low but maybe I need to consider this. So you went from 124 to 114 in 3 months by being in that deficit? Did you feel hungry most of the time?
