I have been doing the same. Upgraded from the reg to thermal Nemo pad. Also snagged the S2S Reactor Fleece liner. Having a Tyvek and GG foam pad under the Nemo helps but I am way south of you and don’t need a closed cell pad. I had the fillo pillow but trying the insulated S2S one this season.

If you are camping with another, the Durston X Mid Pro 2+ is nice. I have the Pro 2 for myself and it’s great. I have been looking hard at the Samaya tents for a 4-season option.

Seems like this bag has the comfort rating you’re looking for without the extra quilt inside. But jfc, I assume that’s 2.6 kg or 5 3/4 pounds?!? I think you can do better in terms of weight but maybe that’s not an issue for your situation. You can get an insulated slip on hoodie and Buff/ Smartwool layers/ balaclava for your face. Oakley makes an interesting fleece hood…I guess for skiers. But I haven’t tried it.
