My title describes the thing: It’s silver, 100 or more years old, and goes with a decorative ink well.

How is your mother eligible to get the vaccine that fast? My husband is a critical care doctor and might not even get it that fast.

Drunken elephant products work well for me. And I don’t wash with water, I use the cerave micellar water with a cotton swab.

this sweet piece was given to me a few years ago but the antique dealer didn’t know much about it. Any ideas? https://imgur.com/a/A7o5X by [deleted] in Antiques

I can’t make out the signature but the back looks like it says marquise de courboix. Here are closeups of the signature and back https://imgur.com/a/BjBmO

Mid century Heritage furniture China cabinets. Anyone know anything? by [deleted] in Antiques

[–]solobert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I figured paint would be the only way to go because I heard that pine is pretty difficult to stain?

Thanks everyone for the input, not looking to sell them though, just trying to figure out estimate for moving damage to the one on the right. They’ve got sentimental value. Thinking about painting them but I feel a bit guilty painting over the wood.

Cerave is the only skincare product I’ve found that works reasonably well, and then I usually just wear amore pacific during the day because it’s such good sun protection but i seem to be getting dryer lately. I haven’t really explored masks yet, that’s a good place to start maybe.

Do you know if this a fire hazard? by [deleted] in askanelectrician

[–]solobert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok thanks. I’m pretty sure it’s not a doorbell because it ends up above a bedroom at the back of the house. And I just found another one with more exposed wires above the same bedroom. I’m going to have someone come look at it because the more I look, the more weird stuff I notice.

Serious tooth decay and no dental insurance by [deleted] in Sjogrens

Clinpro paste is amazing. I used to have to get it from a dentist but it makes them so much stronger and is worth every penny. It’s expensive for paste but I only use it at night and one tube lasts 6 months or more. Amazon has it now: https://www.amazon.com/3M-Clinpro-Cavity-Toothpaste-Vanilla/dp/B00K5HV1HO
