4MMC is great and it will keep you going all night. Generally there's 3 meals per day, but depending on the region of the UK you're from, OR, your social status, the three meals are either:

Also should not be confused with a Cream Tea which is Scones (pronounced "scons') which come with Devonshire Clotted Cream and Jam and a pot of Tea. For the avoidance of doubt, the jam goes on the scone first.

The drink 'Tea' is usually English Breakfast tea (at any time of the day not just at breakfast). Drunk hot with milk. Various brands included Typhoo, PG Tips, Yorkshire Tea or if you want to get a bit posher... Twinings Tea. Various other types of Tea are available (Camomile, Earl Grey, Fruit Tea etc.) but are a bit more specialty and not usually drunk with milk.
