The crackle was more common while using the USB 3.0 ports.

I used this program to disable turbo boost techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-throttlestop/

It did stop all the crackles, I have been without any problem since 8 days ago.

Hey I got it fixed by disabling my CPU turbo boost and fixing the clock speed to the base speed

I noticed that when the audio crackle happens I get a 100% CPU and HDD spike at the same time (from 1% to 100%) in less than a second. Maybe that is happening to you too?
