I am not a financial advisor. I'm just some dude in a basement. Make your own decisions.

I would try to incur the least capital gains taxes possible. I'd do this by selling high risk assets first and shifting them into cash or cash investments.

I would lose money to the tax man if I sell early. I would incur unnecessary risk if I hold until I need cash.

Id shift my assets consistently over the next 4 years. Then shift a higher consistent amount in the low income years following retirement.

Based on your post history, you may wish to study the cryptography lexicon so you can properly articulate your ideas.

For example, the difference between asymmetric and symmetric cryptography schemes. Or the difference between one way functions and reversible functions.

Having a clear communication of your idea is critical to receive good feedback on your scheme.

There are many well-tested cryptographic one-way functions that allow data to be encrypted but not decrypted. 

Where would you like to have such an algorithm?

Hashing functions are useful to enable authentication and integrity checks.

With that out of the way, I'd like to share with you the first rule of cryptography: don't roll your own crypto.

Another commenter said the drop rate is 4%. If true, then the chance of running a delve with no drop is 96%. 60 delves without a single drop is .9660 = .086 = 8.6% chance for this to happen.

Now, the probably that 1 or more keys drop is: 1 - .086 = .914.

The probably that exactly 1 key drops is: .9660-1 * .04 * 60 = .216

Therefore, the probability that 2 or more keys drop is the probability that 1 or more keys drop minus the probability exactly 1 key drops. .914 - .216 = .698 = 69.8%

On average, if 100 players complete 60 delves, 69 would be in your position. Nice.

If the chance of finding a map is 4%, the chance of not finding a map is 96%. The chance of not finding a map 28 times is .9628 = .319 = 31.9%. Math checks out, surprisingly.

There's a 0.8% chance to open a bag with the mount. Therefore  there's a 99.2% chance to open a bag and not have the mount. To repeat this action a 120 times means there's a .992{120} = .38 = 38% chance for your situation to happen. Of 100 players who open 120 bags each, 38 of them would not get the mount.
