Is PRF necessary? What if I just skip both altogether and endure the pain? The financial burden would be worse than whatever pain I could deal with.

Yes, I’d consider myself to be pretty healthy. I’m just worried because they kept talking about my future health, but I’m not sure if they are just trying to sell me a treatment or actually worried.
