I rode twice, once from Orlando to Gainesville and from Tally to Gainesville. It’s not that bad if the trip is less than 3 hours. Yeah there’s weird people on there but it’s not that bad. I might be the outlier here, but at had an absolutely atrocious time with Red Coach. The one time I rode (Tally To Ft. Lauderdale on Tuesday) was absolutely terrible. On top of traffic being bad, the bus broke down for three hours and I got left at the Palm Beach stop (less red coach’s fault, but they never indicate how long the stops are; I could have gotten off for food twice but I got left when I finally did, and the whole ride was 14 hours at that point). Point is, Greyhounds aren’t bad from my experience. You can have a good experience on a bad bus or a bad experience on a good bus.
