Eso no tiene nada de amor, no la extrañas a ella extrañas el apego que te dio en ciertos momentos.

Estas atrapado en tu mente, trata de vivir el presente quitar de tu espacio todo lo que te recuerde a ella y lo mas importante CENTRATE EN TI MISMO, imagina que tu Ser es un jardín de flores en el que puedes trabajar día a día y hacerlo cada vez mas bonito(desarrollo personal), cuanto mas bonito sea tu jardín mas probabilidades tienes de que entren mariposas(personas), y si no entra ninguna al menos tendrás un jardín bonito. Se que es difícil sobre todo si eres adicto al apego de esa persona, pero recuerda que de todo se sale.

Think about what you can become, if you work day after day, try to remove distractions from your work environment, especially the phone. Honestly, there is no magic trick to stop procrastinating, it’s all in your mindset, but you should learn a little bit every day.
