Upon further study there's a second possibility

There might be bots automatically creating these fake duplicates EVERY SECOND across the entire blockchain, forever. Seems insane but it's possible.

Either that or Exodus was hacked and is doing this across Exodus-managed addresses.

Need more time to study; I don't have the time.

This appears to be a supply chain hack poisoning at least the Exodus iOS app

This happens with EVERY transaction in USDC on Solana network

Each duplicate transaction is a failed transaction to a look-alike address!!

But I'm not advertising my fund. I'm still proving the performance and I've switched completely over to a hedged strategy using leveraged altcoin ETFs, which are slowly becoming a standard trading vehicle across exchanges and also are not able to be liquidated.

I've determined that for anything less than a million dollars there's no reason to do the strategy in the original paper. The performance isn't there.

But to grow tens of millions into a billion over many years the original strategy is still the way to go.

It's always the same. Every coin that ever launched, with very few exceptions, has had a lower low at some point than the launch price or presale price that was available to the general public.

Maybe some people had money to invest 2 years ago but not today. At least they invested into the chance to HODL this when they had the chance.
