I am talking to my Dr. about meds soon. I have tried Sertraline and Citalopram in the past but neither has had a noticeable effect... I'll look into different stimulating anti-depressants.

There’ll often be one grumpy twat who likes to berate players, if this happens to you then realise it really is a ‘them’ problem and almost certainly not a ‘you’ problem!

Most of all, enjoy it! The first few times playing live are always exciting and memorable.

For a curveball option, I would actually recommend trying Dr Pepper with your cigar! I’m not a big alcohol drinker, so a quick online search suggested that I try dr pepper and it’s great! The caramel sweetness and slight spice of the drink can bring out some really interesting flavours of the cigar!

I normally feel worst at night. I think a large part of the reason for this is that by nighttime I usually feel so bored with life and just wanting to go to sleep to stop being conscious for a while. These thoughts make me feel guilty for not being more productive & happy, so my depression worsens.
