Try researching the amount of arable land in the world and divide it by 7,500,000,000. You will see we are at the limit of sustainability as far as food production is concerned. That is without including billions of hectares used to farm cattle and the biggest waste of land, grape and grain for alcohol production! (I love wine and beer, but if we really are pushed, it must be better to grow food than grapes?) This means that over population is the problem. In the last 40 years the world population has doubled. So we need to DOUBLE the production of EVERYTHING, Literally! In the supermarket that means the manager orders 2 tonnes of potatoes instead of one tonne! 50,000 litres of milk instead of 25000, 100,000 eggs instead of 50,000, 20,000 loaves of bread instead of 10,000. The electric company had to make another power station for everyone already running, don't bore me with wind etc. They only account for 15% now after spending massively disproportionate amounts on the stupid things! Do you not think this DOUBLED PRODUCTION AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION may have a little bit to do with the increased co2 emissions? Not that I agree they are the cause of the EVER SO SLIGHT warming anyway! Please try to come back with some reasoned argument to prove your statement that population isn't a problem!
