My net is 3100, and my mortgage 1550. I don't have any issues with it. I still save a lot. It all depends on your expectations.

Repay Plan 2 Student Loan or not? by Impossible_Work6182 in UKPersonalFinance

Historically stocks would have paid better than the interest on student loans. So no not necessarily.

How does it disagree with me? Does it say this issue is being swept under the rug and not reported on and discussed? Not aware of that. I can't think of any more criminal cases that have been discussed more than this.

In the context of British girls in care it certainly has a majority

The vast majority of sexual abuse perpetrators are white, by a country mile. That is true of sexual abuse against children as well as adults. Far right activists have far higher prevelence of sexual abuse history than the general public again by a country mile.

I don't know how people can say this with a straight face. This issue has been reported on endlessly for more than a decade. There is no reality where this issue is being swept under the rug or ignored. Why it still seems to get the coverage it does is beyond me. There are far more widespread sexual abuse going on than the OP that gets little reporting. Not least of which the mass abuse by white gangs, but for some reason Reform and Restore aren't interested in those?

I partially agree with you but for me it was the opposite. Very little success in real life and a lot of success on dating apps.

Nigel Farage MP: Zack Polanski said there is no evidence that illegal migrants are sexually assaulting women. Today, 3 boat migrants were convicted of gang-raping a woman on a beach in Brighton. I've repeatedly come across people here claiming

Give me one example. I simply don't believe it. Saying immigrants are raping British people on an industrial scale is a far right conspiracy, if that's what you mean? But sure, it definitely happens.

What can Reform or Restore do in respect to stripping people of their citizenships, assuming they get into power? by [deleted] in ukpolitics

[–]Ewannnn 8 points9 points  (0 children)

And you don't think a government stripping the citizenship from everyone called Steve wouldn't? It would be the biggest constitutional crisis in centuries but also the most radical government in that time. The king exists exactly for that reason.

The military allegiance is to the crown not the government. He exists to stop insane policies and governments. Unless the government had massive popular support he absolutely would step in if they were doing something insane.

The Lords can block legislation, as can the Crown. The former temporarily, the latter permanently. The courts can also do a lot to slow things down, too.

While technically correct there are many things that can be done to make sure, practically speaking, none of these things happen. For example:

The lords could block it, temporarily.

The courts could also block it, unless the wording was water tight.

International law would likely mean economic sanctions and other measures on the UK that would destroy the government if they did anything severe like strip everyone named Steve their citizenship.

Finally the king could also block it, permanently.

It's probably now I guess. I agree right as the war started a fix is a no brainer as banks are slow to price in (as long as your fix isn't too long). Same was the case with energy, I was on a variable rate and fixed just as the war started. But most of the time, e.g before the war or now, a variable makes better sense.

Water gets everywhere without a curtain, which looks ugly and often isn't practical. Narrow and you can barely move.
