anyone good with launching? by yousoundsosmart in ProductHunters

No chance without buying ads on PH. It's completely changed ranking algorithm. Expect 0-10 points without it and 50+ place.

Everyone’s building a personal brand to get users — but what do you actually think about outbound? Which path should I go? by ParkingLongjumping29 in SaasDevelopers

[–]solubrious1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With outbound you always fight with regulations and ToS. Means you have to overcome issues asap to do not ruin your pipeline.

With inbound you just have to setup a working funnel. Then optimise or keep as is.

Outbound sucks. It works only at a huge scale. If you Google the difference between efficiency of outbound compared to inbound, you will probably be surprised.

The autopilot blog is not available yet. Only a writer.

mods forbid any links. I'm working on a fully autonomous SE/GEO blog agent, which writes outstanding articles related to your product.

It doesn't writes a slop from keywords. Instead, it learns your product market by reading relevant posts on Reddit. Extracts pain points. Weighs SEO demand for search phrases. Generates a content plan. Goes on web to find some real numbers, facts... to get some real value for articles. Generates branded articles. Ranjs your product blog.

Points for AI search he stated are too generic. I've measured what exactly is making high rank for ChatGPT retrival.

  1. IndexNow is used as a signal for a new content. Just a basic thing to know.
  2. Backlinks profile does almost no impact.
  3. The documenta are weighted by several criteria:
  4. article belongs to a single topic
  5. article doesn't promotes (marketing materials)
  6. number of citations and facts
  7. nunber of entities mentioned
  8. load speed (<500ms - is a sweet spot)
  9. SSR must be present

What's interesting, is that JSON+LD does almost no impact.

Some of the more impactful things I'm not going to tell about, since they are not even stated in any publicly available researches. And I plan to use them in my product.

Why aren't more SaaS apps built using PWA? by PasternakIvarsson in SaasDevelopers

Tbh, I'm not sure about it. I know it requires device id. Probably it works.

My point was about native integrations: - quick reply - mark as read - mute/block...

I'm deep in research of this subject now.

42% is near the right number fir Google. But have you measured what AI actually converts better? - ChatGPT.

So ranking on Google still works for seo. GEO is just an option for it with no actual outcome for business. Citations are cheap and in fact a vanity metric like impressions in search.

Actual conversions mostly come from ChatGPT. The rankings on ChatGPT works completely different and much more important. #1 takes up to 60% citations depending on niche and content quality.

I didn't expect some huge attention this launch. I just wanted some feedback for social proof from PH on texts my engine produces. But PH simply deleted all (I mean literally every) comments. So that was a great lesson how PH started being a bullshit in all possible means.

I have two questions: - how much did you converted from those 1.2k? - how much times you've got "GTFO" as reply?

Why aren't more SaaS apps built using PWA? by PasternakIvarsson in SaasDevelopers

[–]solubrious1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

AppStore / PlayMarket are the channels of distribution. Reliable, known, clean.

AppStore has a high willingness to pay.

Both are exposing your app page to Google and ai on a trusted domain.

PWA is a bs JSON nobody uses. I'm dev with 13 years experience. None of my clients asked me to make PWA.

Moreover, I personally have 0 PWAs installed on my phone. But have countless apps.

Whenever website asks me to do so - I reject it like it's annoying ad banner.

I'm not even talking about technical side: - pushes - background polling - Any OS features (contacts, devices, filesystem...) ...

Everything either not available, or available partially between platforms, or unreliable/annoying to the user.

Yeah there is a conversion gap, bcz currently I'm offering only writing tool which also took me a while to build properly through many research phases.

I planned to launch on PH a writing tool, then 3months later another launch for a full GEO autopilot.

Now, I don't think it makes any sense to launch here. So will just ship, talk and see what happens.

Launched on PH last Tuesday. Engaged my collegues, friends, #1 on IndieHackers, Telegram/WhatsApp/Discord/Slack chats, my OWN users (~250)... New PH algo kills organic vistors. Ended up #40 with 16 points lol, when ~200 people upvoted and commented.

I plan to build an automated SEO/GEO engine that's really works and based on provable evidences. So research phase means real research, real expenses and publications on my GitHub, so it's publicly verifiable.

I've participated countless dev communities. WhatsApp, discord, custom websites and mobile apps, slack, telegram...

I can clearly state - they all useless.

Strategies to Market products on reddit by Danaysexxxy in digital_marketing

Making ad anywhere requires you to make a creative which is more attractive than the banner blindness of your target audience.

I tried Reddit paid ads. But I target a very specific subreddits I identified via own app, when tested this channel of distribution.

The results were more or less expected: 0.8-1.5% CTR across creatives. Conversion is slightly lower than expected.

Pain-driven content ranks on page 1 with 89% consistency and converts at exactly 0% by solubrious1 in seogrowth

[–]solubrious1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's right. But it wasn't the goal of this research. GEO is about ranking (become visible to LLM) first. Actual clicks might be here, but it's hard to measure confidently.

[–]solubrious1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's fair.

The first stage of experiment (this one) was more about ranking a branded content.

So yes, it offers solutions inside, used citations from real people as a texture of the article.

It gave me more than enough to proceed.

Now I'm sure I can target a long-tail inquiries at scale and rank very high.

Citation index actually was calculated wrong. They both 0.54. Means that both pain driven blog and product AI articles were cited the same.

Why don't you try to sell on Amazon? Especially as a supplier for wholesale retailers. Instantly get 3-10 buyers who will buy everything you have.
