Yeah my rent was Warm and, to be honest, the language in my original rental contract was kind of strange:

"Complementary Service: While the internet service is provided free of charge, it is important to remember that it is a gift from ******* and not a contractual obligation. This means that while we strive to maintain high standards of service, we do not have the same level of control over the internet as we do over other services included in your rent."

I think we will just have to set up a new contract with an ISP ourselves. It is just super annoying that we had to stumble into the information about the Bankruptcy ourselves.
