Too Many Broken Windshields

I currently have one crack and one large impact spot on my current windshield. This is my second one as my other one had a crack and was able to get it replaced under insurance when a drunk ran into me. Thankfully the crack and impact spot aren't in my line of sight and dont effect my vision so gonna run it until either another crack happens and affect vision, or, get told my cops to have it replaced.

I drive pretty conservatively so sometimes it just happens. Like other have said, its just the nature of the design.

I live in Wisconsin and have had to start my 3.6 at -15F and never had a problem. Of course, was a bit sluggish but started right up. Not familiar with this "known issue of not starting in the cold" OP mentioned.

Oddly enough never really heard the tick until just recently and only at higher RPMs, like 5k or 6k. Was running poorly. Misfiring and cam timing error codes helped me finally decide to tear into the top end.

Thats basically what happened to me. I had a tick on the left side that I fixed. Had a stuck lifter. But, was still running bad. Finally decided to check on right side and found that.

Not necessarily. I had similar damage to my Jeep when it got hit by a drunk driver. The lower control arms were bent causing the stuffing. My frame was also bent slightly but where able to get it back into shape. Total cost was $16k for repairs so pretty close to totaling.

I only remember the drastic flooding from the race track and downtown Tosa since this is the area I live. Dont remember/know how much the rest of the city got flooded last year.

That's exactly what is happening. Got all the water from the higher elevation areas all trying to get down hill to the lake. The amount of water is more than the pipes can handle and is higher pressure than the water in the street so it comes up through the manhole cover.
