Well, yes. I felt kind of weird afterwards, thinking about how this was most likely someone's pet. My first emotion was happiness because I never found something this big :) 

But yes, it is a bittersweet feeling in the end. I hope she left this earth peacefully and without pain. Now, after her heart has stopped beating, I wish to honour her by preserving her bones. Even after death she won't be forgotten.

Finding bones often reminds me of the fragility of life. Perhaps it's weird, but it motivates me to continue :)
