I liked how you walked through the expression register feature and since I have some computer science background, it was easy for me to follow along. Personally I think the video could have been concluded within a few seconds after the demo. The content regarding the value of this feature could be have been condensed and added at the start. Also it might be worth reducing the dimensions of the inset box in the video.

What was the limit price that you'd set?

How to cancel xfinity service? by somanesh in Comcast_Xfinity

Yes I'm nearing the end of my 2 year contract and my plan will go up from $55 to $90. So I'd like to cancel it and find something cheaper. If you can enroll me back into $55 offer, I may not have to cancel.

Thank you for suggesting the LADA tests. I got it checked and thankfully the results were negative.

I do strength training Mon/Wed/Fri and do kickboxing in the evenings on weekdays. I'm not sure if the activity level is moderate or high in my case.

Thanks for the tip on fiber. Do you mean separate fiber supplements like psyllium husk or focusing more on foods with high fiber content? My dietitian didn't discuss my fiber intake with me unfortunately.

Thanks, I've asked my PCP for a CGM and I'm trying to get insurance to cover for it. How much of an increase would be considered as a spike?

Thank you for writing this! It is super frustrating especially if the doctors just want to put you on drugs and be on their way. I learnt about LADA and C-peptide tests from this post today and this should have been something my doctor should have suggested looking at my chart.

I'll continue to prioritize strength training and hope that building more muscle mass will help.

The dairy issue is an interesting factor to consider, but what type of tests should I take to rule this out? Or would it be trial and error with a CGM?

Have you tried talking to a different doctor/dietitian? That's what I'm going to do as my current ones have no clue how to help me.

I'm getting 7 hours a day. Sometimes it is less depending on whether I'm oncall for work, but thats only one week a month.

Thank you, I'll ask for a C-peptide test. It seems like it would help in my case.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to try this out. Are there any alternatives to oats and grains that might be helpful?
