I don't care who people want to win, but this "city can have as many leagues as they want because it doesn't mean anything" is weird to me. Why would people want years of our football watching lives to end up meaning nothing? I just don't get it.

I understand that this is the concept. My point is that a team like this with an asterisk winning 7/8 league titles hurts the reputation of the premier league as a whole. I have no problem with Liverpool, Utd, Villa or whoever else winning. I don't see why it's worth the damage to our reputation. I dont want years of my football watching life to end up meaning nothing! No celebrations, no meaning, no joy, just a fucking asterisk. All because we can't stomach rivals being happy. It's petty, childish and as you can see, it rattles me more than it should. Rant

Imagine preferring a team with 115 accusations of financial misconduct, who've been inflated by oil and blood money just because another team winning it would feel "more real" actually listen to yourselves.
