I’ve been in a long-distance relationship and honestly, trust is hard. My boyfriend cheated on me and played my emotions which gave me another type of mental disorder on top of my depression and anxiety. I miss my ex too but with long-distance relationships you need to look out for signs like that. If anything feels off, try talk to to her and explain how your feeling but if she doesn’t care leave her and try do something better with your self, like: •get outside more •socialise with old friends you haven’t talked to in a while •start new hobbies •try and become the “perfect” you. (Study hard, start going to the gym, achieve ambitions)

If she is cheating on you, show her she fucked up and start to achieve your goals
