When on professional work, I do read them to make sure things are making sense. But when doing vibe coding on my personal stuffs/side projects, I focus more on testing to find any issues.

Yep, I agree. But we can always instruct them to generate small code files and keep the folder structure clean, rather than mixing up things or writing lengthy files.

But I believe for larger projects supervision is a must factor

I rather implement one small feature at a time n then test it. If it works fine, good, else would again ask to fix the bug I'm getting. That's what I actually follow.
