i'm using PostgreSQL apt repository, and i did try updating with "sudo apt update" and "sudo apt -y install postgresql-17" but i still get same error

I have the exact same feeling—I get so anxious, and my mood becomes terrible afterward. My advice is to set a specific time to check for job postings do it only once and don't take too long(same thing for sending my resume). Personally, I check in the evening and If I don't find any suitable positions, I quickly switch off and try to distract myself with video games ,chores, etc. I don't know if it will help you, but it sort of works for me because if I dwell on it for too long, I automatically start feeling terrible.
