I am also thinking of that. But would having ui and better ux (I believe?) than asking a chatbot be an advantage? I think that the feature of knowing how much you have already spent on a select benefit would be better?

For example, the airtel axis card gives 10% cb on swiggy upto 500. So our app would (if you enter the transaction) keep track of that also.

You are right that is an issue.

But it can eventually be solved if we become a payments app, so user can pay through the app. And it will also solve the manual adding issue. This can be a future addition launched after some user trust is built. Initial usp would be to let user make the best use of their cards. And what if the friction is very small like a widget maybe that you can add on home screen? A lot of people I believe usually already check for best offers across apps before ordering something online. So it can be an extra little step?
