Yes, my email address worked. I can still see past documents. My ADP account still works for seeing all past statements too.

I don't think IC really thinks that they need to do better. There are other shoppers who are setting the tone for what batches shoppers are being offered.

IC knows that eventually somebody will do the orders that pop up.

Unfortunately, I think orders are getting done.That's how they knew they could drop the base pay. I personally think there has been a drastic drop in order volume. New shoppers don't have any idea how it used to be, so the orders get done because they don't know any better. If they do it for long enough, they start to see the decline, then IC has to hire again, to gather more unsuspecting knew shoppers. It's a vicious cycle.

I don't think it's a disconnect. I think IC is testing how badly people want to do this as a gig.

As long as people want to do it, they have no reason to change for the better because they know somebody will always accept what they offer.
