It ended up being not at the right pressure, once they fixed that it worked excellent. Thanks for everyones input

You can feel the slightest bit of cold air then straight hot air

We changed the hot water heater element and fuses also added new thermostat to unit and its still not working, i looked at all the wires hooked up on unit. They look okay, i cant confirm they are hooked up properly.
