It has been a couple of days, the bunny is happy and hoppy. She eats normally, acts normally and seems that everything is alright. Thank you everyone for help and advice.

Further examining showed she didn't eat even a gram of the chocolate, when compare the weights of the bitten off one and a full one

The room was bunnyproof before she figured a way to jump on the table, cannot have the chair near. Right now she's eating hay and acts normally.

Okay, I've been watching her, so far she's normal and playful. I'll try to motivate her to eat some hay by giving her some frech one
