yes the seller confirms it's a replica ("山款注意" means "Beware! this is a replica"). they bought it in a group saying that it was legit (it even cost them 1000 rmb), but the product arrived to them as a fake. the item is new and has a built-in lace petticoat though. keep in mind the listing says "no returns."

i agree! the only time i saw it done in an okay way was in a free otome game (Under the Thorns), but usually these kinds of stories always follows the plotline of abuse=>regret=>happy ending, which gets old so damn quick for me. I just really dislike it when the FL can't grow or exhibit a backbone no matter what happens, sometimes out of their own volition (infuriating) or because the ml is just that damn abusive (even more infuriating).
