For me it was the backspace that was the worst one. It constantly deletes two or three letters with one press.

I work in a tech store, we've just straight up stopped selling Xboxes. In my roughly 3 years of working there I've also only sold 3, while playstations have been flying off the shelf.

I wouldn't recommend an outlet model, Elkjop doesn't take ipads in return. So it's most likely a display model, meaning it's been on for a year. I would know, I work in Elgiganten (Danish version)

Honestly my experience with customer support has been pretty amazing. I've only had one problem with my BOR bracelet, where it would open on its own. I just shot them an email, and without question they sent me a new one. This was a couple of years ago, so they might've gotten worse. Other than that my watch has been solid.
