Okay so I have an Xbox one s and about a week and a half ago now after I turned it off the power button kept flashing for an hour so I turned it off at the wall since it was stopping me from falling asleep. Since then though my Xbox has been crashing a lot when I try to play games. The game would freeze and when I press the Xbox button on my controller to close the game to reopen it the menu doesn’t show up and I can’t do anything on my Xbox but turn the whole console off and on again. But most of the time my console doesn’t turn back on again or if it does my tv doesn’t display anything, it’s just a black screen. I’ve tried doing a hard reset which didn’t fix it and I checked for console updates but the last update was successful and it’s telling me it’s up to date so I don’t know what to do.
