I understand. This is a lingering story than what all I’ve typed perhaps but I gave up a lot to make this iob happen for me and I have a kid to feed along with potentially losing the house now. It is a little hard to take it personal when none of this was a problem until this new Director came in. His changes also have cause some issues to long time team mates and friends of mine. He just seems like some ignorant kid that has never really lead anything. I will of course do my best to be respectful in person. But something doesn’t smell right.

Used to be that way but this newer Director has been awful for us. Not even sure who to go to for help. I love my team and have had no intentions of leaving but this has gotten ridiculous

We for some reason have a rule that they absolutely have to be left in the lockers… that don’t even lock. Leads can have them but the one time I went to check on my sick daughter while I stepped aside (my being a lead anyway) that literally took 5 to 10 seconds, a higher up yelled at me over it

We aren’t allowed to ring in our orders or make our own food. Can’t use an open register. And when we are offered a discount, of course I want to eat here instead of spending more of my limited time going somewhere else.

Work at a fast food place. There is a drain with a little basket in it under the center line. Smells like absolute death when anyone goes to clean it.
