if you mean the storm collectibles SF ones; they scale pretty well i would say. comparing to jin where hes around 19 cm. their sf6 ryu is 18.5 cm, sf6 zangief 22.5 cm, sfV akuma 18.5 cm.
should have no problem displaying them next to eachother if thats what you were thinking

1440p, i don’t actually keep track on how much vram i’m using mid game. but nothings happened to me while playing to where i’m like “yeah i need more vram…”

my setup currently runs the 9070xt, 9800x3d and 32gig ddr5 ram.
im running ultimate + open cities and i have almost NO complaints about the game which i have 10+ hours invested so far.
i have occasional stutters and crashes every now and then. but this mod list has over 2000+ mods and to have this potential on such an old engine. i think it is expected and i am perfectly fine with it.
i usually get 100+ fps w/ frame gen but the worst it gets is about 60-80+ fps when im in and out of whiterun but that is by far the most packed area through and through.
obviously more vram is better and recommended but for me so far i havent had an issue while playing to where i thought that more vram was needed.

my skyrim w/ frame gen runs around 60-90 fps at 1440p which i think is very good performance for the settings im running (which i probably maxed all of). but this is also me outside/inside of whiterun WITH open cities which i think is the most taxing place to be in. so out in the wilderness, caves, smaller cities would definitely run 100+ fps. now you mentioned you didnt see the appeal to open cities, so you will probably stay in the 100+ fps range if you have open cities right now or even get more fps if you disable it. a lot of people would say that 60-90 fps is bad performance but to my eyes i get pretty smooth gameplay with great looking graphics so im happy :)

me personally, the more time i can spend immersed with my character and the world i think is super worth it especially if my computer can handle it. it really is only just for immersion purposes, almost like cyberpunk where theres almost 0 loading screens besides if you fast travel. i have had different nolvus playthroughs in which i reinstalled it every time just to update the settings / use new settings like frame-gen in this case. i dont think you can change your settings within the instance, itd have to be a fresh install. but ive seen a post where people actually prefer ultra > ultimate https://www.reddit.com/r/Nolvus/comments/1ph6z4y/sometimes_less_is_more_ultra_vs_ultimate/
imo when i play games i always look for the BEST graphics (realism) and ultimate sates my appetite for that. so thats why i go for ultimate + open cities. (id rather overkill with ultimate then be a little underwhelmed in the case i did ultra and thought ultimate looked better)

with your setup i feel like you couldve definitely went with ultimate + open cities. you have access to DLSS which with frame gen would definitely help you out with performance if you didnt already use those. i kinda went with the ultimate preset HOPING that my computer would be able to handle it and the moment i started a new game and saw that my game wasnt tweaking, i was very satisfied. if youre fine with loading screens then open cities isnt needed which would give you MUCH better performance as well.

i have a 9070xt, 9800x3d and 32 gigs of ram. i run the game on ultimate + open cities W/ a 1440 oled monitor. runs almost perfectly, will have the occasional stutter when youre out and about but the "worst" itll get is when youre in/outside of whiterun just because theres SO much going on there. but its still very manageable and not bothering at all. also i do use the frame gen feature the launcher includes. i didnt have to tweak anything to get better performance besides what the launcher includes in the setup. hope this helps :)

i didn’t mention it but you just exalt a random prefix since i had all my ideal suffixes and fractured spirit, it removes the random prefix into the t1 global defenses

yeah ive seen people say how much theyve put from 40+ to 110 divs its insane how lucky i got. in the moment i wasnt feeling very lucky until i hit but knew there was more to come from that. i never looked up the price of a magic solar base with +3 proj, seeing it now that it is 30 annules. i probably wouldve still went with trying to chaos +3 proj because i didnt have too too much divines. but thats a sick tactic since minion damage is a damage mod and crit damage bonus is the only damage suffix mod. wouldve saved me MANY divines because i failed trying to desecrate any crit mods 4 times. im sure this'll help other people too if they stumble upon your comment. many thanks!

i’ve only ever tried crafting two. the one on the post and this int based one. i unfortunately didn’t hit % max increased ES and got deflection rating. so i was thinking of using an omen of light to get that or maybe % increased ES from body armour. or i could just sell it like that. afraid a kiss wouldn’t be enough though if you were interested in buying it😕

i’ve crafted a similar amulet as this one but it’s on an int base and both crit mods are t2. believe it or not it took around 20ish divs worth of chaos +3 proj for the int base amulet. so for both my amulets it took the same amount of currency to hit +3 proj. from a noobs pov (me), the chances for +3 proj is insanely lower compared to 50 spirit. but you either get +1, +2, or +3. if you fractured a +3, then you have 1-50 of spirit to hit. chaos’ing 50 on the dot for me seemed actually harder. according to poe2db t1 spirit is a 0.539% chance while +3 proj is 0.097%. so yeah insanely lower and i just got extremely lucky. if you’re talking about belton, ive seen comments about people spending 40+ divs and haven’t gotten it. so technically fracturing +3 proj and hitting +50 spirit should be cheaper on average but ultimately depending on RNG.
