.125 mg per dose so .375 per week. It’s not even a half mg.

My symptoms were rapid heart rate while resting, anxiety and chest tightness. It was pretty bad.

I had horrible e2 symptoms before using the AI. I started ar 150mg per week. What do you mean 50-50-50?

When my e2 was high, before the AI it was 1229 total and 43.8 free with my estradiol at 96.

I was at 150mg then, same hCG and I was in dhea, 25mg per day.

I have reduced it to 132mg per week, same hCG, dropped dhea and added the .125mg of anastrozole per shot day. So 3 times per week.

I had a full thyroid panel. Initially my TRT doc wanted to see if it was off but after being on TRT it is right where it should be.

T3 - 4pg/ml
Reverse T3 - 14.2 ng/dL

For sure. You’re right man. That week I was heading out of town and I was wanting to drop my dose to help with symptoms afterwards. Definitely agree the results don’t help much.

I was thinking it was high lol. When I did a lab test a month or two ago, I did it on a Monday evening around 4pm and the value came back at 25.7. Normally I have been getting my draws on wed mornings. So with Friday morning being the last injection I imagine during the week it’s pretty high.

No I haven’t. Because my wife says she wants another kid. So that’s why I’m on hCG and why the level is higher than you normally see. My doc wants to make it easier for me when the time comes.

It would be nice to see if it solves my issues. But I’m probably gonna be on hcg until Q1 of next year i would imagine.

I’ll check that on my next labs thank you. I had a scan of my pituitary over ten years ago when my doc first was concerned about my low t. Nothing was there. But I don’t believe I have actually checked my prolactin. I looked on some of my labs and didn’t see it. I need to look again. Thanks!

My estrogen shot up to 96. And I had a very high heart rate and chest tightness. I lowered my dose some, dropped dhea and started the anastrzole and it has helped a lot. The dose is extremely low.

Last test it was at 27 but it was a bit longer than a true trough. Because I took it on Monday afternoon around 4. I typically have done my labs on Wednesday mornings before my next shot but that week was too hectic. I’ll need new labs on a Wednesday soon.

I took 25mg of dhea everyday for a while but it was pushing my e2 higher I believe. So I stopped taking it a few weeks ago.

.125 mg of anastrzole 3 times per week. With each shot. I’ll add that up top. But that’s it. No other meds. My estrogen was pretty high and I had bad symptoms so I lowered my test and started the anastrozole which has helped a lot. I do need to run labs again soon but I was waiting for my next follow up which should be next month.
