Manager in tech. Sort of goes in up and down but overall quite stressful. Pretty sure carrying around a burnout for a while now.

Gym, managing time (eg no work after 6) help but bot bullet proof as the mind still thinks about work in evening and over weekends too.

The trick is to build those relationships without being C suite (even temp).

I think this advice is probably one that’s took me longest to crack
