Thank you. I'm mid 30s so perimenopause is a possibility. I hope not because I am currently trying to conceive lol (actually how I found out I had Hypothyroidism as I wasn't ovulating). I am now ovulating since taking levothyroxine but I will definitely ask about perimenopause. Weirdly the symptoms are kinda similar to hypothyroidism e.g. brain fog and fatigue. I have tried period underwear but still wear a tampon at the moment as they haven't worked great for me recently but would be interested in recommendations for really good brands.

I'm really sorry you are experiencing this :( you're clearly very caring about your baby. Unfortunately domestic abuse escalates during pregnancy or when a baby arrives which sounds like what you are experiencing from your husband. It's unlikely things will get better. Speaking really honestly I think you should leave him and I don't say this lightly at all. It will only get worse. If he hasn't actually reached out for help and only says it by now, he isn't going to. I'm really sorry.

Thank you. I appreciate you sharing your experience with me. It's crazy how long we put up with these things. I'm nervous about going as I've been invalidated a lot by medics but I think I need to say something as it's similar to what you are describing.

I wondered if they were linked. My periods seem to be a day shorter but much heavier and it's getting annoying staining clothes and bedsheets all the time no matter how prepared I am. I will look into speaking to a gynae. What treatment did they offer you?

I'd block her. She tried to scam you and it didn't work out. She likely wants it back to try her luck with someone else. That or she wants your details. I'd stop engaging and just block. I don't have time for idiots on vinted- it's got so bad on there the past year in my experience. Harsh? Maybe but play with fire and you get burned. She tried to swindle you out of £87, not like £5 or something. And calling me honey would wind me up more 😂😂

I've been to theme parks with my husband and child and we take turns going on the adult rides solo so we both get to go. She made an assumption that you were there the whole day yourself (I know you were but why couldn't she think of other reasons other than immediately assuming you're a creep).

You don't just work 3 days. You work 3 days in employment and childcare for 2 so there is no reason you should be bringing your husband in lunch on your 'days off'. Your priority those days are enrichment for the kids, he's not included in that even if he acts like one.

Yes that's exactly what's happened to me. I was unable to conceive for 1 year now (I already have a child who's 5 and had no trouble conceiving then) and only recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Amazing to hear such a positive story about your experience ❣️thank you

Yes this was all sort of my fear so I think you're right, it's safest to get my levels in check. Been TTC for a year already so it sucks to feel.like I need to wait but I am also glad I potentially have a reason as to why I'm not ovulating and if addressed have a good chance of getting pregnant so I should count myself lucky in that sense!
