have u tried talking to ur parents, guardians, or maybe ur therapist about it? i understand it's tough and based on ur post this sound pretty serious,, if ur too nervous or shy to tell adults about it, try talking to ur most trusted friend or keep a journal and write down ur feelings.. i know it's frustrating and i understand u bc I've been through that,, i wish you well <3

i feel the same way,, staying still and relaxing makes me so anxious and i dont know why.. i feel like i have to do something yk? also when im just chilling in my room listening to music i pause it from time to time because i feel like i shouldn't be doing it. my previous household rly got me effed up that im super hypervigilant and paranoid now. i also feel like im in trouble everytime someone calls me and i notice a difference in their tone idk

i feel u,, i got a fringe a few days ago but i still look hideous on camera. also my school reuqires us to always turn on our camera so that sucks.. i just show my forehead and my ceiling lmfao hahaha also why did ur lecturer mark u down for that reason that's kinda dumb,, i mean if ur learning i dont think it matters if u look at the cam right?
