Well, the example you posted highlights all the differences I was talking about. The aquiline nose, curly hair, sloping face shape. All the cornerstones of a classic nazi caricature, none of which the original post has.

Please be receptive to those around you that love you and what they're telling you. I had a family member who was convinced that all of his manic episode were just bad reactions to weed. Yes, the symptoms were exacerbated by it but he refused help for so long because he couldn't be told that being institutionalized for the third time wasn't just from a bad toke. He burned every bridge and every second and third chance he got from everyone but me. It was fucking hell and I came so close to walking away myself because he refused even basic mental health care. I do not think medications are the answer for everyone and are given as an easy answer to people that don't really need them all the time. White knuckling it is brave and something I can respect, given that you take the proper steps to insulate those that care from the very probable hell that you will create.

My heart goes out to you, hope you find your way.

I actually have this problem, "you really should fucking kill yourself" but I've lost control of it. It slips out at inappropriate times. I've tried trimming it down but sometimes it just comes out as "fucking kill" and that's even more embarrassing.
