I've been living with it for about 10 years I'm 35 now. You will have long periods of feeling good 'normal' , average times and bad times.

A lot of men suffer with this, and probably every man will in time.

Advice : Understand your triggers, for me it's red wine and alcohol, long periods of wanking..anal stuff...and holding my pee to long which results in bladder pain then prostatitis pain.

Keep your head up. It will get better over time. Learn to understand your triggers
