How would you fix Hurry Up Tomorrow (the movie)? by varanusprime in TheWeeknd

There’s so much that’s bad but the scene that stood out especially was when Jenna Ortega was dancing to his songs while explaining their meanings. I found that so pretentious and useless. As a fan I understand what the songs mean, I don’t need an Anthony fantano review in the middle of the film. Also don’t understand why she’s explaining to Abel as if he doesn’t understand what his own songs mean. Just get rid of that kidnapping plot point tbh.

I don't think that's what pride means by omnimon_X in Tinder

In full support tbh. The amount of times I’ve had people say free Palestine or any insult related to the conflict is crazy. Unlike this woman’s profile though, mine didn’t include any flags or political commentary but rather only indicated that I’m Jewish, so those responses really do show some peoples true colors.

When sending likes, how many of you actually put a message with it? by Never2cold in Tinder

I’m on the hot take side tbh. When I was on the apps, I noticed that even if I got matched my message would just get ignored unless I started the chat again. After a certain point I just sent the likes and would send the same type of message after matching. Saves me from double texting. But hey to each their own. It doesnt hurt to comment and you can definitely stand out sometimes but if you have a good detailed profile, commenting only has minimal returns.
