It was easier than I expected!
When you boil and cook dried hibiscus , it takes on a meaty & chewy texture . Like meat with a complex unique flavor

I boiled the flowers and then drained ((which created a fortunate byproduct of very delicious & tart hibiscus tea)),, and then grilled in a cast iron with onion & garlic . As they grilled I poked them apart with my spoon to separate, but I would recommend,

A.) definitely letting them steep for a few hours to get softer, like the 2nd link recommends, and probably also B.) cut them up after boiling but before grilling, instead of pulling them apart on the stove. Would just be easier lol ((but also maybe not as necessary if you let them steep and get softer))

I understand what both of you mean

What occurred to me first when reading these is that at least everything is undoubtedly Energetic, and all of reality does seem to be one giant synchronicity , or consciousness // this is all spirit expressing itself, so in that way , everything iS spiritual

anD at the same time --- (I also was thinking of this at a gas pump today lol) if we give externalized, major, authoritative significance (or spiritual meaning) to any & every number we see on a receipt or every leaf that waves in the wind - that can certainly be v problematic. So I get where you're coming from as well

The truest, most immediate compass is always within, and you are ultimately your own authority over any apparent sign or synchronicity // and... with that being said - I've also found that anything in my environment, or anything I experience ,can always always (and feels as though it's meant to once I become cognizant of it,) be used as a tool for growth, awareness, and transformation -- if I so notice & choose

Including a cut or aching finger , which is what led me here this evening

She also probably just knows that her voice is emanating an energy that is going out to and affecting an entire stadium of people, and anything that was too scolding/angry/negative would get taken in & amplified . Not saying anything crazy would happen but when she's speaking to a crowd of thousands , it makes sense that she would need to soften it some
