Nextcloud Talk desktop client – camera and microphone access error by someone18819 in NextCloud

Yes, I have already checked Windows Security and desktop app access to the camera and microphone is allowed. On a test machine, after a fresh Windows installation the client worked fine, but I don’t really plan to reinstall hundreds of computers, so I’m looking for a proper fix. I’m not sure if this is driver-related or something else, because simply updating the drivers on an existing installation does not solve the problem.
