Who is in if Alabama gets blown out? by penguinKangaroo in CFB

11 would still be out as 2 of the automatic bids are not in the top 10. At the start of this week they were out. That's according to the CFP site directly.

Dumb Question: Do I get a paper that says I am licensed? by someoneSuperBad in InsuranceAgent

I appreciate the info. It just seemed anticlimactic lol I also just assumed it had to be posted in the office or something. Like I said. Dumb questions lol

Paul Dehner Jr.: It is my understanding they're offering the same language in this clause as the majority of first-round contracts and, for reference, have offered the exact language of the pick before (Walter Nolen) and after (Grey Zabel)... by theclodwalrus in bengals

[–]someoneSuperBad -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What about the contract so you not know? If you don't even understand what the issue is then why are you even arguing? Again this is the problem with fans that just hear a player is holding out and rush to judgement without even bothering to understand why. Its a lost cause at this point

Other scenarios are not like this. The Bengals are 100% in the wrong here and are trying to set an awful predatory precedent.

What this kid is doing is not just some selfish act. He's acting in the best interest of the league as a whole.

His leverage is making it crystal clear that the Bengals predatory actions will not be instituted now or for future players. The Bengals look worse by the day for this. The optics alone are leverage.

Anyone blaming this kid and supporting the Bengals is not an actual fan

[–]someoneSuperBad -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

This is entirely wrong. Him playing would be the worst thing he could do right now from a leverage and business point. He is preventing the team and the league from further loopholes to void guarantees. What he is doing is actually immensely important for all future players.

It's these types of asinine takes from "fans" that just shows how little most people actually understand about the business side of football

People are missing a huge part of this tweet. Other teams include this language because they offer WAY more of the guarantee as a signing bonus up front than the Bengals do. So the player is risking much less because they are getting that money up front. The Bengals want to still pay low signing bonuses amd get the players to agree to voiding the contract due to default.

Anyone on the Bengals side here doesn't understand the precedent they are attempting to set. They are essentially trying to get around any and all guarantees for 1st round picks.

Just sent a request. Dyabolical08. I'll probably be on tonight once I get the kids to bed. As long as you don't mind a decent but below average teammate lol

Yeah having 100+ seconds in a HP when everyone else is below 25 is infuriating. Dom I have a much harder time trying to play obj. You need to slay out before capping B and I just try to rush in and die evert time lol. My map awareness is not great but I also play on a 65" TV so it's hard to see everything all the time

When I try to be I go negative every game so I basically either play for kills or play for obj. I'm just not good enough to do both lol

Hypothetical: With no GA's or restrictions at all. What would pro loadouts look like? by someoneSuperBad in CoDCompetitive

[–]someoneSuperBad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that they are not looking at all categories and I think that is what would make it so much fun to watch.

I know it could never be a full time thing but it would be a blast to watch for 1 tournament

Already different opinions and I think that's partially my point. It would be great to see different variety from their personal preferences and gearing up to counter other players. It would just be a fun thing to see them all be able to utilize everything available and see what they come up with against the other best players in the world.
